This is an industry pathway project of Kolperi Outback Filmmaking that begins with the student program and aims to secure participants with industry employment.

Previous participants of the Tertiary Bootcamp are invited to Winton one week before the festival to shoot a short film or proof of concept. The first Alumni project began in 2020, with 20 participants across multiple disciplines. Three short films were shot in 2 weeks, followed by a 3-day writing workshop that paved the way for the 2021 Alumni Project.

Since its inception, five short films have been produced through the Alumni Project, many gaining success in Film Festivals worldwide.
Some participants from this program are invited back to the Tertiary Bootcamp as mentors, or the Industry Co-Production program.
